How to get a weekly farm share
- Each lot gets one share
- Owners (or their renters) can take a share of the weekly farm harvest each Tuesday morning if they reserve one
- There is also the possibility to purchase a share/basket for 10 Mil Colones in cash
- To reserve your share fill out the following form until 9 pm on Mondays
- Harvest pick up takes place in the farm dome down the hill from the yoga shala
- Bring your own basket or bags for the harvest
- Each harvest item has a container with a label indicating the portion limit (e.g. Lettuce up to 4 heads). Take your amount and put everything you don’t need in the Share Box.
- Take what you need from the herb table and the share box
- We need helping hands for prepping farm shares. If you’re able to help, please fill out the form — we deeply appreciate it.
- Sometimes neighbors offer homemade food available for purchase that they post about on the whatsapp chat - look out for Janet’s vegan scones and cookies, usually available for preorder and pick up at the market. Sometimes Khaya will offer vegan cheese and Joan will offer sprouts.
