Alegría Village has a Sales & Marketing team made up of neighbors who are dedicated to helping current Lot Owners sell their property and opening the doors to new neighbors who wish to make Alegría their home. They offer weekly tours to prospective buyers, marketing services to sellers and help facilitate the land transfer process.
Commission
Each sale has a 6% commission. For every property sold, 1% of the sale price goes directly back into Alegría’s HOA fund. That’s 16.7% of the total commission, reinvested to support the community.
