- Non-permeable surfaces max: 30% of lot
- Setbacks: 7m front, 3m side/rear

⏳ Timeline Requirements
- Submit designs within 20 months of lot purchase.
- Begin construction within 12 months of design approval.
- Complete construction within 18 months of starting.
- Inactivity of 90+ days may incur weekly fines.
💰 Fees & Deposits
- $250 application fee
- $500 non-refundable owner impact fee
- $500 refundable deposit for improvements (returned if no damage to community property)
