Our Intention is to offer a space for:
- Presence: Create a space to connect with our breath, be present with ourselves and others, and recognize the similarities we share.
- Safety & Belonging: Foster deeper connections, safety, and a sense of belonging within ourselves and our community.
- Self-Reflection: Use the circle as a mirror to open up, embrace emotions, cultivate empathy, and address fears.
- Vulnerability: Support each other in removing masks and embracing vulnerability to see ourselves more clearly.
- Dialogue Practice: Engage in true dialogue, without judgment, to cultivate loving relationships with ourselves and others.
- Dynamic Space: Maintain a dynamic structure where different women lead, share their gifts, and contribute.
