This Monday we welcome Wren LaFeet to the Central Valley Ecstatic Dance in Alegría Village.
For 26 years, Wren LaFeet has used partner dance as a living metaphor for life, love, and healing. Through movement, embodiment coaching, somatic awareness, and mind-blowing ecstatic dance sets, he supports people shift from grinding through life to aligning with themselves.
This Monday, 6-8pm, we invite you to ecstatic dance with the theme of:
“Empathy in Motion”.
In a world that feels increasingly complex, it’s easy to retreat into the mind in ways that disconnect us from ourselves and each other. The question becomes: how do we stay open? How do we meet both our own experience and what’s happening in the world with empathy?
This dance floor may contain an answer.
