- 9 x Swings each arm
- 9 x KB Rows each side
- 9 x Goblet squats
- 9 x Overhead Presses each side
- 9 x Chin-ups (rest until everyone is done)
- 9 x Reverse Lunges each side
- 9 x KB Push Ups each side
- 90 seconds (45 each side) carries
- 9 x Turkish get-ups each side
90 seconds rest then repeat
