A month-long immersive experience blending martial arts discipline with creative expression. Students will train in Kajukenbo (Karate, Judo, Kenpo, Chinese Boxing), refine their artistic skills, and explore how movement and creativity complement each other.
Key Components:
- Kung Fu Training
Daily sessions focusing on technique, strength, flexibility, and martial arts philosophy.
- Self-Defense Skills
Voice control, setting boundaries, anti-bullying strategies, grab escape techniques, and using awareness to stay safe.
- Art Workshops Daily
Activities include painting, mask making, origami, and mixed media—each inspired by martial arts themes.
- Mind & Body Connection
Guided meditation, Tai Chi, and storytelling to nurture self-awareness and inner strength.
- Performance & Exhibition
Final day showcase of martial arts demonstrations and student artwork.

On Monday and Wednesday we start at the hive and move to the shala once the workout is complete at 9:30
