I will be offering a Kundalini Yoga practice at 10am on this coming Sunday the 22nd at the Alegria Yoga Shala!
The days around the Summer Solstice are a powerful window in which to anchor your intentions for the next part of the solar cycle: the slow diminishment of the light as we move towards winter. The seasons are less pronounced here in Costa Rica, but their energies are still felt in our systems!
Kundalini Yoga is a practice that utilizes rhythmic breath and movement to cultivate and stimulate the flow of energy in our electromagnetic fields.
Bring your mats and a sitting cushion if you need one. See you there!
