Hey fellow Alegrians
Just a reminder and an invitation to join our meditation circle tomorrow morning at 6:30 in the yoga shala.
This little emerging sangha welcomes both those who are new to meditation and those who have a seasoned practice.
We’ll begin with a short guided meditation followed by a longer sit. Feel free to bring anything to add to a shared alter, a flower, a rock…a small candle 🕯
I’ll also bring angel cards that can be useful prompts for a sit.
