Please bring all that you need for a fabulous sit. It’s been windy at the yoga shala so consider bringing something to keep you warm. There are chairs, and if you prefer to sit cross-legged bring a cushion (zafu) or a yoga mat to roll up.
We’ll begin with quick intros, do a short guided heart-centered ♥️ meditation and then do our longer sit that ends as the sun goes down.
