This group meets weekly at the yoga shala on Thursday mornings at 6:30 for a group meditation. Feel free to bring a mat, pillow, or chair for your comfort.
The group is open to anyone interested in meditation no matter how experienced you are. We are also open to people leading a meditation if you feel called to do so.
