Have you been wanting to try meditation but don’t know where to start?
Are you already a meditator and enjoy the support of sitting in a group?....don’t miss the Alegria group meditation session this Thursday morning at 6:30 at the yoga shala.
If you’ve tried meditating but feel like your Mind is too busy, this format with gentle qigong warm up and short breathing practice will encourage a calmer mind and deeper experience.
