Hola everyone :) Our next community plant sauna and workshop will take place this Sunday afternoon at the Alegria Yoga Shala. We’ll be working with sweet plants of basil, rosemary, mint, and eucalyptus. The charla (talk) will be focused on bitter and sweet plant technology and how to work with plant baths to support processes of energetic cleansing + spiritual hygiene.
