We’ll begin with a 30-minute introduction to set the tone for fluid connection, followed by a 30-minute water dance jam, inviting your body to awaken to its natural rhythm. You’ll then experience 30 minutes of intuitive water therapy, exchanging gentle support and trust, before flowing back into a final 30-minute dance jam, integrating the freedom and fluidity of your watery nature.
