Day work outs
Monday- Location: Shala
- 60 clean and presses (30 each side) with 20%+ body weight
- 20 Turkish get ups (10 each arm)
- 10 Shala bear crawls forwards and backwards (there and back is one lap)
Thursday- Location: Workout Park
- 100 stagger stance (50 each side) heels up squats with 20%+ body weight
- 100 dips
- 80 chin ups
Saturday- Location: Shala
- 100 squats plus 20%+ body weight. Vary feet width each pause
- 100 elevated legs pushups
- 80 pull-ups
