  • Bark has been used as febrifuge, antiparasitic, antidiarrheal, astringent, antiseptic, antimicrobial, expectorant, diuretic.
  • Fruits are eaten by monkeys and squirrels. Flower nectar is consumed by honeybees and stingless bees. PROPAGATION: Seeds and planting cut branches.
