How to eat
Crack open the rind, extract white juciy pulp and eat immediatly as the fruit oxidizes fast or make juice, jelly, jam or ice cream. Unripe fruits can be used as vegetables. Seeds are edible when roasted; seed flour, derived from seed, can be used in baking.
