The space
Welcome to Casa Roca, a modern, single-story home set in the paradise of San Mateo. Through the expansive windows that stretch almost the entire length of the house, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the ever-changing landscape over the forested mountains of Alegria, while colorful sunsets paint the sky, all from the comfort of your couch.
Casa Roca is the perfect retreat to unwind and relax in a peaceful, serene environment, fully connected to nature and the outdoors, with no neighbors nearby to disrupt your tranquility. While there are some construction activities on distant lots during the day, they are far enough to preserve the serenity of the space.
The house offers high-speed fiber optic internet with an unlimited data plan, making it an ideal spot for remote work without interruption.
Nature lovers will delight in birdwatching around the community and the surrounding trees. Since we don’t use any chemicals, Casa Roca has become a safe haven for all forms of wildlife. Explore the property and discover a wide variety of plants, fruit trees (including mango, tangerine, lemons, sweet lemons, grapefruit, bananas, plantains, and other exotic species), and animals such as parrots, toucans, monkeys, and a myriad of insects, butterflies, and more.
The home is perfect for a couple, but it can also accommodate an additional guest for a short stay in the second bedroom, which features a sofa bed (not a regular bed).

Enjoy full access to Casa Roca and its 170 acres of trails and forest in a secluded community. The property features a private, gated entrance for your peace of mind.
PLEASE NOTE: the driveway near the house is steep, as is the short path from the parking space to the house.
The villa has its own private parking area.
A grocery store is conveniently located less than 20 minutes away for any essentials.
We highly recommend having your own means of transport for ease of getting around.
Please note that the property is not suitable for children under 6, and no pets are allowed.
