• The Orotina emergency room is located at the corner of the Orotina Clinic. It’s a local medical space for urgent care, but it’s not connected to the Red Cross.

🐍 Snake Bites

🩺 In the rare case of a snakebite (like a terciopelo), the best option is to go directly to Hospital San Rafael in Alajuela, which has the necessary antivenom. The Orotina clinic may offer initial support, but they usually refer patients to a hospital better equipped for these cases.
