Description

A quick and flavorful stir fry that lets pak choi shine alongside other fresh garden veggies. Lightly sautéed in sesame oil with garlic, ginger, and a splash of tamari, this dish is perfect as a side or served over rice or noodles for a satisfying main. Customize with seasonal additions like carrots, bell peppers, or mushrooms, and top with toasted sesame seeds or crushed peanuts for extra crunch.
