Description

A traditional health tonic made from ripe noni fruit. Slightly fermented and full of antioxidants, this juice is valued for its medicinal properties and immune-boosting effects.

🔪

Instructions

Make Noni Juice

  1. Place whole ripe noni fruits in a jar and cover with water. Let them soak and ferment for a few days until softened.
  2. Wash and chop softened noni into large chunks.
  3. Add chunks to a blender. Cover with fresh water (approx. 2–3x water to fruit).
  4. Blend on low speed to preserve the seeds whole.
  5. Strain the blended juice through a fine sieve into a bowl.
  6. Transfer the strained juice to a clean glass bottle or jar.
  7. Refrigerate and consume chilled. Shake before serving.

Make Smoothie

  1. Add ¼ cup of noni juice and all smoothie ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Optional: substitute any sour fruit for soursop.

Storage Notes:

  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • Flavor intensifies with time; consume in small amounts.
