Description
A traditional health tonic made from ripe noni fruit. Slightly fermented and full of antioxidants, this juice is valued for its medicinal properties and immune-boosting effects.
Instructions
Make Noni Juice
- Place whole ripe noni fruits in a jar and cover with water. Let them soak and ferment for a few days until softened.
- Wash and chop softened noni into large chunks.
- Add chunks to a blender. Cover with fresh water (approx. 2–3x water to fruit).
- Blend on low speed to preserve the seeds whole.
- Strain the blended juice through a fine sieve into a bowl.
- Transfer the strained juice to a clean glass bottle or jar.
- Refrigerate and consume chilled. Shake before serving.
Make Smoothie
- Add ¼ cup of noni juice and all smoothie ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Optional: substitute any sour fruit for soursop.
Storage Notes:
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- Flavor intensifies with time; consume in small amounts.
