Instructions
- Cut the okra into pieces and put it in a glass of water.
- Let it sit at room temperature for 1–3 hours.
- Move the glass to the fridge and leave it overnight.
- Remove the green skin from the water and compost it.
- Pour the gooey water into a blender.
- Add lime or lemon juice.
- Add your sweetener of choice (honey, sugar, or maple syrup) to taste — about 3 tablespoons for a sweet flavor.
- Add fresh mint.
- Blend it!
