Description

This vibrant, zesty salsa is made with fresh tomatoes, peppers, onion, cilantro, and lime juice for a bold and refreshing dip or topping. It's perfect served with tortilla chips, tacos, grilled dishes, or anything that needs a punch of flavor and color. Raw, nutrient-dense, and easy to make in minutes!

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all produce: chop tomatoes, dice onion, mince cilantro and jalapeño, chop bell pepper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Stir well to mix flavors evenly.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning (salt, pepper, lime juice) as desired.
  5. Let sit for at least 10–15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve fresh or store in fridge up to 3 days.
