Description

A vibrant, nutrient-packed green smoothie featuring kale, spinach, apple, banana, kiwi, celery, chia seeds, and a hint of ginger. Naturally sweet, refreshing, and full of fiber and antioxidants.

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Peel the banana and kiwi. Core the apple if desired.
  3. Cut everything into smaller chunks.
  4. Add to a high-speed blender: banana, apple, kiwi, celery, spinach, kale, chia seeds, ginger, and water.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add more water to reach desired consistency, if needed.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.
