This vibrant, zesty salsa is made with fresh tomatoes, peppers, onion, cilantro, and lime juice for a bold and refreshing dip or topping. Instructions
- Wash and prepare all produce: chop tomatoes, dice onion, mince cilantro and jalapeño, chop bell pepper.
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Stir well to mix flavors evenly.
- Taste and adjust seasoning (salt, pepper, lime juice) as desired.
- Let sit for at least 10–15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
