Let’s get stronger together! Join us for a quick but effective workout where we focus on well-executed exercises using weights, aiming a high amount of reps. No need to worry about equipment— we have to share! It’s all about supporting each other, building strength, and having fun along the way.
Workout
📅 Tuesdays at 6:15am at the fútbol field cul-de-sac: 30 minutes of running / walking / skipping / continuous movement! We will NOT be racing and to prevent that we will start from different positions and go in different directions. The goal is to improve on whatever you did last week. It’s you vs you.
📅 Wednesdays at 6:15 at the gym: Aesthetics and Posture.
- Chest press of choice (KB, DB, Push-up etc)
- Deep Walking Lunges
- Pull-ups
- Sitting Over head press
- Kickstand deadlift
- Row of choice (KB, DB, inverted, barbell etc)
- Deltoid Lateral raises
- Dumbbell bicep curls
- Dips
- Farmers Carries
- Half kneeling chops
3 sets of 8-12 reps 60sec rest between sets
📅 Friday at 6:15 at Shala: Yoga!
45-60min of Yoga with some YouTube videos to follow PLUS an oldie but a goodie the original P90X yoga. OR if someone is teaching yoga we can join their class.
📅 Saturday at 6:15 at Gym: Nifty Nines KB workout
- 9 x Swings each arm
- 9 x KB Rows each side
- 9 x Goblet squats
- 9 x Overhead Presses each side
- 9 x Chin-ups (rest until everyone is done)
- 9 x Reverse Lunges each side
- 9 x KB Push Ups each side
- 90 seconds (45 each side) carries
- 9 x Turkish get-ups each side
90 seconds rest then repeat

Equipment
The gym has the equipment needed. For the running bring shoes, for Yoga bring a yoga mat. Always bring a water bottle.
